It is a joint venture between IN2IT architecture as Architect of Record and RKA Richard Kennedy Architects as Design Architect. A new site study for DRIVEN Neurorecovery Center at Grand Central, Las Vegas Nevada after the previous one at Cashman site, Las Vegas Nevada. The client was planning much bigger facility and want to collaboration with Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center.
This facility will be use as a new gathering place for specific group of community that required therapeutic or healing by performing physical therapy.
The building programs include fitness area, therapy, training area with (3) large gymnasiums, office, hospitality, retail, research area and common space
