This privately owned and operated 102-bed hospital is design to accommodate a 48 bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital providing a high level of care for more acute long term stay patients.

The second floor will house a 54 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. These two functions of the facility will be independently licensed and have their own administration, dining and activity areas. Some services will be shared, for instance, dietary, environmental services, and laundry. The design reflects the desert environment in its material, color pallet and massing. A more elegant residential feel is ideal for this longer stay facility.
