Located in an undeveloped South West corner of Lake Mead South Blvd. and 5th. This 3 stories, 100,000 sf Medical office building is to be part of the North Las Vegas Medical Center masterplan to brings much needed facilities, amenities to the North Las Vegas communities.

IN2IT proposed a new Medical Center that is friendly to the adjacent neighborhood and also part of the future Gateway to NLV that will work with the unique qualities of open plaza, providing a highly covered walkable and dynamic garden and plaza community while linking neighborhoods that have been separated or deteriorated.

The project places community pedestrians first with the resulted urban fabric and combines a green network that create a vibrant distinctive character. Building massing exaggerates that adding vibrant layer to a new NLV Gateway Medical Center.
